Welcome to Demby Terraces

Demby Terraces is an affordable apartment community!

Demby Terraces offers income-restricted housing for eligible families and is part of the Inkster Housing Commission’s portfolio of public housing properties. The community consists of multi-story apartment units designed for comfortable everyday living in a convenient suburban location near Detroit.

Demby Terraces is undergoing a major rehabilitation. The project will modernize kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, HVAC systems, exteriors, landscaping, walkways, and accessibility features while keeping all units affordable.

Residents benefit from nearby shopping, schools, parks, and easy access to the greater Detroit area.
